Diabetes: mean HbA1c (mmol/mol)
Clinical Quality & Outcomes
How this indicator is defined
Methodology version v1.0
Mean of the most recent HbA1c result (mmol/mol) within the past 12 months across the physician's rostered patients with diabetes. Lower is better.
Mean measured value
The mean of each eligible patient's most recent HbA1c test value within the 1-year window. Not a count of patients — an average of a measured value across the eligible cohort.
